Powder coatingPowder coating is a process in which the prepared rack is electrostatically charged to attract a polyester powder (it looks like colored talcum powder), then sent into a 400 degree oven, melting the powder and baking it to the piece. The result is an environmentally friendly process that is extremely durable and is available in a wide range of colors. The coating is highly resistant to cracking, chipping, corrosion, and fading.
